Pros
- Active discussion and tips are available on YouTube and Telegram, making it easy to interact with other testers.
- A lot of free courses and guides are available to help you learn new skills and improve your chances of being accepted for (and succeeding in) paid campaigns.
- The platform is easy to use.
Pros
- Has decent earning potential which comes out to around $0.20 per minute with tests and $0.75 or more per minute with interviews.
- You still get an incentive when screened out of a test.
Cons
- Considering that you'll need to take courses, earn experience points, and climb up the rankings to increase your chances of getting invited and accepted into paid campaigns, earnings can be slow-going at first.
- The experience/ranking gamification part of the platform can force you to be active on the platform, completing unpaid campaigns to keep your level up. This can ruin a bit of the flexibility of the platform and force you to do lots of free work.
- As the platform is based in Italy, the English and Spanish versions of the website are not perfectly translated and can be difficult to read at times.
Cons
- Has limited earning opportunities available, and this can vary greatly based on your demographics.
- Inconsistent earnings because of limited availability of earning opportunities.
- If your response is not at par with the guidelines, it will not be paid.
