Usability Testing (Opportunity Overview)

Usability testing involves evaluating the basic functionality and intuitiveness of a product. It's a technique that's typically used by researchers to ensure a product is user-friendly and easy to understand. As a usability tester, you may be asked to test physical products, websites, mobile applications, and other digital products. However, in most cases, you won't be expected to have any advanced knowledge of the product you're testing. Instead, you'll simply be asked to use the product as a regular user would, giving feedback along the way. This can help researchers uncover design issues and other areas of improvement.
