Earning Money 💵
UserCrowd has three (3) earning opportunities:
- Surveys. Often completed quickly, these may be sourced from various test creators and may ask for your insights on designs, product prototypes, and more.
- Tests. Provide valuable feedback on apps, websites, and more by taking different types of tests that typically consist of completing a set of tasks and answering written questions.
- One of the tests you might take is a prototype test, where you click through an app or website, test its features, or complete specific tasks.
- Interviews. Occasionally, you may be invited to join real-time, face-to-face interviews with researchers. During the call, which can take 15 minutes to 2 hours, the researcher will interview you on a specific topic. You'll earn at least $30 for a 15-minute session and $82.50 for a 2-hour session at most.
Before participating in any type of paid task on UserCrowd, you'll typically need to answer screener questions to determine whether you're qualified or not.
After taking a test or survey, you'll receive a rating that contributes to your overall tester rating. Rushed or low-quality answers can significantly lower your rating. A higher rating can lead to more tasks.
Cashing Out 💰
Once you have at least $10 in your balance, you can cash out your UserCrowd earnings via PayPal.
After cashing out, you can expect to receive your UserCrowd payout in 1-30 days. (Most payouts are processed within 7 days, however, during periods of high request volumes, the review and processing of payouts may take up to 30 days.)
