Write a Platform Review as a Consumer/Buyer

Use this page to review platforms that offer services (e.g. hired help, advertising, etc.) and products (e.g. tools, clothes, equipment, etc.) for consumption. By leaving a review, you're helping fellow buyers get a better idea of how a platform works and whether or not it offers good value and a positive experience. It only takes a couple of minutes and it has the potential to help thousands.

Tips for writing a helpful review:
  • Be detailed, specific, and in-depth. Longer and more detailed answers are more helpful to readers. Instead of saying “This platform is good” explain why. Go more in-depth. Provide specific examples and share real experiences you've had on the platform.
  • Answer as many questions as you can. The more fields you fill out on the form, the more helpful your review will be. Some fields only take a couple of seconds to fill out.
  • Be objective Be sure to provide a balanced review sharing both the good and bad sides of the platform.
Please follow these guidelines when writing a review:
  • Be honest and genuine. Fake reviews don't help anyone. Please share a genuine and honest experience you've had on the platform, and don't lie or pose as someone you are not. Also, please use a real email address and name so we can verify your identity and reach out for additional information if needed.
  • Only review platforms that are officially supported in your country/region. Using a platform that isn't supported in your country/region goes against it's terms and might mean your user experience isn't realistic. If you're going against a platform's terms, you shouldn't leave a review of that platform.
  • Write original, readable content Please refrain from copy-pasting content from other sources into your review. Instead, write your own original content, and try to make it as easy to read as possible.
  • Don't review the same platform twice. Even if you have multiple accounts or email addresses, reviewing the same platform multiple times is not helpful. Please do not do it. If you want to update a review, you can follow these steps.
