There are probably other better earning apps out there
It's not the best beermoney/survey site out there and it's not a reliable income generation hustle. Depending on your demographics, it may take some time for you to save up 5000 YouGov points because the surveys may be infrequent. But it's something you can do on and off because of the email reminders and the fact that the surveys are short that you can complete them while in the bathroom or during commute. Referral is the fastest way to earn points but this requires much grinding in terms of sharing the referral links in different fora.
The surveys are fairly short and do not require free response/essay-type answers. Most take less than 5 minutes to complete since the questions are mostly multiple choice or ranking statements but there are a few instances where it can take as long as 10 minutes.
Email prompts to alert me of surveys in which I am eligible to participate
App interface is clean and easy to use in terms of being able to see all the necessary info ie. points accumulated, available surveys, available rewards to redeem
Points award per completed survey is very minimal. It takes a long time for me to accumulate 5000 YouGov points which is the minimum to redeem a SGD 25 PayPal transfer. Most significant points earning activity is through friend referral.
As someone living in Asia, apparently I do not receive as much survey prompts as someone living in the US or UK. I receive survey prompts sporadically (once or twice a month).
Virtually no customer support to troubleshoot issues. There was one time where it took more than a month for me to receive my reward in Paypal (despite the promised 10-15 days). I tried to send follow-up emails to the listed contact but received only automated responses.
There is a settings field where users can decide how frequently they would receive survey prompts as soon as they became available. To maximize earning capacity, ensure that you have ""all available surveys"" selected
Don't rely on YouGov giving you significant income. Since surveys are inconsistent, I treat this as an extra hobby that I can earn pennies from.
Answers to the survey questions must be honest and genuine. I read anecdotes of people getting locked out from their account because they just randomly gave inconsistent answers (some surveys ask the same question multiple times but in slightly different ways)
Share your referral link to friends so you can earn "passively"

Easy to use and no disqualifications
YouGov is great in a sense that you don't need to exert as much effort in waiting around for surveys because you can just enable survey emails in your account for convenience. You won't experience any form of screening process that will disqualify you from taking the survey. You can expect to earn points every time a survey is given to you.
However, I would like to warn new users that they shouldn't expect daily availability of surveys. It might be more frequent like receiving surveys a few times a week but it may vary depending on your location. YouGov for me is something to earn in a long-term use with only a short time dedicated to answering the surveys.
I really love that their survey emails don't keep my hopes up. If you receive an email, better take it as soon as possible because they also run for a limited amount of time. It's not as limited that missing the first five minutes upon receiving the survey could already make the survey unavailable to you.
I am confident that I will earn points because YouGov surveys have no disqualifications to its panel users.
From where I'm from, 5,000 points is the only threshold that I can reach before I can avail any of the rewards. There are no other lower points threshold with lower rewards that I can redeem. It takes a long time before a user can redeem especially with the less availability of surveys lately.
I think that I receive few surveys because I live in the Philippines. There are only a few local studies being generated through YouGov that require the feedback of users like me with being Filipino as one of my demographics.
The referral program does not provide continuous commissions unlike other sites. You can only earn by the new sign-up referrals who have completed 6 surveys and that's it.
Update your account settings to enable survey email notifications and then under survey frequency, choose 'as often as possible'. This would allow you to receive surveys through your emails with the latest available ones.
You can utilize the referral program if you have a lot of friends, large networking of people, a blog/page so that you can earn 200 points per new user signing up with your unique link as long as they have completed 6 surveys (not including the survey profile completion).

How Yougov works when you're in
Yougov is a great site to have an extra reward by sharing your opinion and preferences. You can let the companies know your point of view and be sure they will at least take note. I would recommend it to people who really want a little extra earning and have the determinacion to participate and the patience to earn little by little but in a safe way.
I like that in this platform when you answer a survey you're almost sure that it will not drop-out you as other surveys' sites do most of the time because you don't have the specific requirements they're looking for. Also I like the passive way to earn by sharing your streaming data each week.
I'd like that this platform could add in the future more ways to earn passively like adding more streaming, games and other services to share your preferences. It would be great to include smartphone apps to earn passively. Also I'd like that the price of 25 euros cost less points (2500 points instead of 3000 points) or that you can claim 30 euros for 3000 points. And to conclude I'd like more incentives when I invite someone to the platform like a bigger reward when my friend subscribe and a percentual for each time my friend complete a survey and share streaming info.
If the new users want to earn passively and have streaming services, this platform is a great choice because very few of them offer this possibility to earn each week with only few clicks to update. And for the surveys I reccomend to answer as soon as you see the e-mail because later it can be no longer available.

Surveys are well written and uncomplicated
The YouGov platform is intuitive and the surveys are well written and uncomplicated. If you are a researcher, current events, or culture buff, Yougov offers an abundance of information and analysis that has been attained in multiple global markets.
Personally, I enjoy their charts and articles located at the main website, https://yougov.co.uk. I find the site to be user-friendly.
It should be noted that the amount of compensation is a fraction of a living wage.
Easy to earn money here during free time.
The site is easy to use and you will be notified when there are available surveys. Good thing is once the survey is emailed to you, it is sure that the money will be added after you successfully answered the questions in the survey.
Good customer service. No annoying glitches nor bugs. Legitimate
Few available surveys
Always check email if there are available surveys. Be honest and truthful on your information.

It's one of the best survey app that I have used
I would recommend this site to my friends. It's one of the best survey apps out there, some of them are fun as well. The pay is great and is a great way to earn some extra money on the side.
High paying surveys.
Disqualifies in a lot of surveys.
Initially the frequency of surveys will be low, don't get disheartened stay put and you will get more and more surveys. Provide honest answers.

Very legit surveys site, can expect 5 to 7 surveys per week
Yougov is a very legit surveys site. You expect to get 5 -7 surveys per week. The surveys are mostly 10 to 15 minutes. THE payouts are done through various gift cards, PayPal and Bank transfer. They reward in points which are redeemed to cash. You can also donate to charities
It has a signup bonus. Good number of surveys per week
Very high Minimum payout of $15 for US users and $50 for UK users. Very low income potential/pay per survey
Profile completion is required since the profile is used to determine if you're eligible for surveys. Take part in every available survey or testing opportunity since the opportunities are not many.

Cannot make you rich
Even though they cannot make you rich,at the end of day you have some pocket change from them
They have some high paying surveys.
Very strict on the survey audience they choose so they screen you out. Poor support.
You are advised to complete your profile because it's the one used by the survey administrators to determine the eligibility.
Give well structured well,-thought answers. Because they first review feedback before paying
