Becoming a Tapestri Tapster is free. To get started, head over to Google Play or Apple App Store and download the app. From there, create a new account by providing your email address and password.
After signing up, you'll be asked to enable location sharing and notifications.

Earning Money 💵
Tapestri has various earning opportunities, including:
- Set2Earn (Sharing Location Data). The primary way to earn money on Tapestri. All you have to do is allow location-sharing on the app, and you can earn up to $25 per month.
- Tap2Earn (Opening Notifications). Allow app notifications and watch out for Tap2Earn alerts displayed on your phone’s lock screen, notification center, and banners. You can earn up to 7 cents for each notification you open. These are usually related to areas you've recently visited (like stores).
- Answer2Earn (Taking Online Surveys). Get paid by answering online surveys and sharing your opinions. Some surveys may be related to places you've recently visited.
- Play2Earn (Playing Games). If you’re the gamer type, you can earn by playing games listed on the app. Most will pay you based on your play time.
- Refer2Earn (Inviting New Users). Share your referral code and earn $1 for each referral that has been active for at least 30 days. You'll also earn money for people that your referrals refer.

We believe Tapestri is legit. The platform is transparent on how users can earn, there are multiple ways to contact support, and information about the company and team behind the platform is easy to find. That said, we would advise taking caution as the platform is still quite new and, although it primarily has positive reviews across the web, some users have reported problems.

Used to be good, now it's a ghost

Everyone has a smartphone therefore I’d recommend it to anyone who has one. So I’d ask, if you could download an app that would pay you free money to have it in your phone, would you download it?
It’s Free Money. Whether you want to be a free user or an affiliate for $19.95 a year you can generate some additional income or life changing income if you want to. Fantastic experience using the app. Payment is always on time, and through a third party banking service my funds are paid directly to my bank.
I’m the most cautious when it comes to my personal identity, I feel very safe using and recommending this app.
This app is new and sometimes there are gonna be hiccups but the support desk is constantly taking our feed back and updating and adjusting the app. As a founding member affiliate I’m helping to make this a better more streamlined platform by using it and sharing my experiences with the development team at support.
- Download load the App and set your locations permissions to ALWAYS ALLOW, That’s called Set to Earn.
- Turn your apps NOTIFICATIONS ON to open ads and earn by tapping on the ads, That’s called Tap to Earn.
- On the app they have paid surveys you can fill out. That’s called Answer to Earn.
- Share the App with others who keep it active for 30 days plus, That’s called Answer to Earn.
- Get unlimited pay to plays games on your phone, That’s called Play to Earn.
- And a new one being rolled out is get paid to drive, That’s called Drive to Earn.
- You can choose just to have the app active and earn additional income but if you get interactive with the App you can earn more.
I get paid to do what I'm already doing!!
I know a lot of my friends and people in general are looking for ways to make some extra spending money, especially with all the inflation going on right now. It’s a good feeling to be able to help others and the best part is, if they don’t want to do much, they can still make some cash. When talking to close friends, I talk up the affiliate program because for only $20 a year, they can earn when their friends get the app, and they earn again when those friends tell anyone. Each one of those $1’s adds up. A buddy of mine has made over $4700 with the affiliate program.
The App has changed over this past year and for the better. Now they have 5 different ways a free user can earn some extra cash. One of my favorite features is being able to click on any anonymous avatar on the map and being able to see their lifetime earnings just for having the app installed on their phone. I was surprised to see so many people who have made $80, $150 and I’ve seen as much as $290.
The user experience was very basic when the app first came out. Now with all the additions like the avatars, being able to check-into a point of interest, and currently for Android users, (coming to iPhone soon)… Getting paid to play games is huge. This is an app that offers free users the ability to earn up to $25 on their own anonymous location data and there are no limits to how much someone can make playing games or doing surveys.
Payment speed is a little slow. It takes about 2 months before you will see your first payout since they have to monetize the anonymous data they collect. After that it pays out every month. They have announced coming soon will be what’s called, Fast Cash where based on the amount of badges you have earned, you can start to get paid on a weekly basis.
Payout options. The first few months PayPal or Stripe was the only way to get paid. Then PayPal had some issues with so many small payments that Stripe became the only way to get paid. I had signed up with Stripe from the start but some users were upset when the PayPal option was taken away. A Crypto option was added because the App is now available in over 60 countries but that method hasn’t work so well so they dropped it. They have recently added Gift Cards as an option and people seem to like that.
Besides games & surveys, the more you move around, the more you make!
