Customer service - BIG ISSUES
A verified user does earn 3x the amount on surveys.. An unverified user gets charged .25 to cash out but gets an added 1.25 reward versus nothing for verified user.
I know someone who used the site and was unverified - no working phone - they get paid easily. I was verified and to cash out it took six emails as they said I wasn't PayPal verified -even though I was trying to cash out for gift card only. . I resolved myself by updating a bank account in PayPal. The Survey "help" team could have told me that may be a reason - all they said was I wasn't verified even though at the time I showed email matches. They seemed too ignorant to understand simple questions and were no help at all.

I would not recommend this app at the present time because it's an absolute mess and a complete waste of time
This has been a really good platform to earn a few pounds. It has paid out regularly and I have been very happy. However I was instructed to update the app which I did and it is a complete nightmare now. The majority of surveys DONT ACTUALLY WORK and they have surveys on the app that when you click on them they start loading and then tell you they ARE CLOSED.

There's been a few times where I've completed the survey and never got rewarded but once you submit a ticket they're pretty fast at getting back to you and fixing it for you

I like how many surveys I get to take on there daily. The survey amounts are alot and it makes it easy to cash out quickly.
I dislike how at a late night the surveys are locked and I cannot take them until the next day.
