When creating your account, you'll be asked for an email address and password. After signing up, you'll also be asked to verify your account further with a phone number. This is optional, but if you don't provide it you won't have access to all of the features Survey Spin has to offer.
After logging in, it's also a good idea to fill out your survey profile. For this, you'll be asked for information about yourself (e.g. education, relationship status, shopping habits, etc.). This information helps Survey Spin match you to relevant surveys.

Earning Money 💵
There are a few different ways to earn money on Survey Spin:
- Daily poll. This is a quick 1 question multiple choice poll that pays $0.01. There's a new one every day.
- Surveys. These are the main earning opportunity on Survey Spin. Before starting a survey, you can see the provider of the survey, estimated length, payment amount, and # of member completions.
- Bonus spins. Some surveys offer a Survey Spin bonus. If you successfully complete one of these surveys, you'll be able to spin a wheel to potentially boost the payout of the survey you just completed by 5%, 10%, 25%, or 100%. For example, if you complete a survey worth $1 and spin 100% on the bonus wheel, you'll receive a $1 bonus, making your total earnings $2.
- Referrals. By sharing your unique referral code/link found within the app, you'll earn $0.50 for each successful sign-up + a 10% commission on all of your referrals' future earnings (e.g. if they earn $10, you'll get $1).
Cashing Out 💰

Is Survey Spin Legit?
We believe Survey Spin is legit. Although the platform itself is quite new (founded in late 2022), it's owned and operated by SocialLoop, LLC, a registered company that founded its first survey platform (called Eureka Surveys) in June 2019. The founders of Eureka are easy to find, and they're the same people who created Survey Spin.
On top of this, there are plenty of Survey Spin members who seem happy with the platform, with payment proofs and positive reviews being shared online.
The only minor red flags we could find include:
- The platform has no official social media pages
- There are some spelling errors on the platform's website (e.g. "As a participant your have the power to shape these brands by sharing your opinions through online surveys.")

Customer service - BIG ISSUES
A verified user does earn 3x the amount on surveys.. An unverified user gets charged .25 to cash out but gets an added 1.25 reward versus nothing for verified user.
I know someone who used the site and was unverified - no working phone - they get paid easily. I was verified and to cash out it took six emails as they said I wasn't PayPal verified -even though I was trying to cash out for gift card only. . I resolved myself by updating a bank account in PayPal. The Survey "help" team could have told me that may be a reason - all they said was I wasn't verified even though at the time I showed email matches. They seemed too ignorant to understand simple questions and were no help at all.

I would not recommend this app at the present time because it's an absolute mess and a complete waste of time
This has been a really good platform to earn a few pounds. It has paid out regularly and I have been very happy. However I was instructed to update the app which I did and it is a complete nightmare now. The majority of surveys DONT ACTUALLY WORK and they have surveys on the app that when you click on them they start loading and then tell you they ARE CLOSED.
