It is a good site.
For students like me who has limited free time, this is a good source of beermoney by completing easy content and language tasks. But for adults who currently has no job because of the pandemic, they can work here fulltime by doing 3d tasks as these tasks pay decently.
I would recommend it other people who are in need of extra money or to those who needs online job. For those who only need extra money, content and language tasks are the best for them but for those who need money to support their daily living, the 2d and 3d tasks are good for them.
- The site is easy to use even for beginners.
- There is no limit to what you can withdraw. The amount that is reflected on your dashboard will be automatically sent to your paypal account every Wednesday or Friday.
- Content and language tasks can be done using mobile phone.
- Remotasks has a discord channel which lets remotaskers to interact with other taskers. In this channel, you can also asks your fellow taskers about some things that are not clear.
- There are bootcamps that new users can join in for 3d tasks. In here, they will be trained by the long time remotaskers about the project they've signed up for.
- 2d and 3d tasks can only be done on laptop/PC and with a fast speed internet. There is also a specific specs of laptop/Pc required for certain projects. These are tedious and very complicated and usually takes several hours to complete.
- Before doing the tasks, read and understand the instructions carefully so that you will know how to do the tasks accurately.
- Maintain high accuracy in all of the projects you take is very important. Because if you fail to do so, you will be blocked from that certain project and will not be able to work on that again.
- If there is something that you don't know, ask in the discord channel.
- If you want to do 2d and 3d tasks, join bootcamps because they will be able to guide you.
Great opportunity but payment rates are low
I think the app is a great opportunity but you have to assume before to use it that the payment rates are low and you will have to spend many hours to get a decent amount of money, otherwise don't even think on using it.
I would recommend it for example to someone from India or Latin America, I'm saying this because the app is even in Spanish also and those countries are cheaper to live in so a second income from Remotasks but lower cost standards can be a huge help, there is also a big Discord server and I found that most of people are from Philippines, India, Mexico, Indonesia, Kenya, etc... So join it you'll see why those people keep using the app
It's quite easy to complete the tasks that are assigned and for someone searching for a second income in a cheap country is definitely a great option. You also don't need any special preparation.
The earned money is way too low, at least for Western Countries, even by completing the highest paid tasks (3d Lidar projects) is way too low for me.

Remotasks will let you earn a few dollars a day of you have the time. Moreover, some countries get to earn higher than other countries, which could be a bummer on equal opportunity
- They have trainings for each task, so you're absolutely prepared for what's to come.
- Pleasing UI, you have everything in the right space and won't get confused.
- Payment Directly to your PayPal
- Trainings can take up to an hour or more
- Remuneration are really small for tasks that can take you over an hour
- Payment takes time, as your tasks have to be approved first which would take up to 7 days
- Ensure that you have a PC ram above 2gb, as the website tends to lag on smaller capacity PCs
- Target advanced tasks, as they tend to pay more.
I would recommend the app to anybody since their tasks don't require special skills

There some hard tasks
- Start with categorisation and transcription jobs
- I read instructions well to ensure my accuracy is top notch
I know people making big bucks on it but in my personal opinion I found it to be exhausting and a waste of time.
I found working on the site boring, and doing those trainings really wore me out and at the end of it I would be so tired to even concentrate on what’s in front of me. So if you have a short concentration span don’t venture into remotask.
- Lots of jobs available. So if you understand the task and put in time, you can easily do a lot of the mini tasks and watch your funds add up overtime.
- Trainings are offered before you can start working on tasks. So you must pass every training to get access to paid jobs.
- Too boring.
- Tasks are repetitive.
- Pay can be low. Sometimes the pay per task might be 1 cent per page and that’s quite low, that means you have to do at least a thousand to make $10
- Trainings take up a lot of time. The trainings offered are tedious, they require your full concentration for a long while and I didn’t like that.
- Laptops only, you can’t do the tasks on a cellphone so it made it difficult for me.
- Be patient whilst working on the tasks so it wouldn’t affect your rating and you wouldn’t get paid if the rating for a task is too low.
