Getting Started 🔢
Joining iPoll as a member is completely free. When creating your account, you'll be asked to provide your full name, gender, date of birth, address, zip/postal code, and email.
Once you're signed in, you may be asked to answer some profile questions. These will ask for more information about you and your household, including things like your shopping habits, work history, etc. Your answers will help iPoll match you with more relevant opportunities in the future.

Earning Money 💵
You can earn money on iPoll by participating in surveys, focus groups, product tests, and mystery shopping opportunities. Regular surveys can take around 10-25 minutes to finish.
You'll receive new tasks by email, or you can find them in your iPoll dashboard.
As you complete tasks on iPoll, you'll level up your account. There are 5 levels in total, each with key milestones needed to surpass your current level. That said, it's not clear what kind of perks higher-level members receive.

Is iPoll Legit?
We believe iPoll is legit for three main reasons: it was founded in 2012, was created under the name Surveyhead by Research Now Group LLC. (a U.S.-based market research company founded in 1940), and was later acquired by Dynata, one of the most well-known data companies in the world. This being said, iPoll does seem to be needing some TLC: the platform's website and apps look a bit outdated and there's been no social media presence now for a while. We don't believe this makes iPoll a scam, but it's something to keep in mind before signing up.
Green flags:
- Founded in 2012.
- Owned by Dyanata, a legitimate and well-known research company based and registered in the United States.
- The iPoll website gives users a clear gist on how the platform works as well as a brief About section that talks about what iPoll does, how users can earn, and how user data is protected. There’s also a Help page containing FAQs and Contact info.
Red flags:
- No social media presence, iPoll’s last activity on Twitter and YouTube was in 2016.
- Doesn't respond to any negative reviews (or any reviews at all).
- Seems a bit outdated/unmaintained.
