Pros
- User-friendly website with a simple, well-designed interface
- Good choice of reward options
- Besides just surveys, there are nice extras built into the site such as events, giveaways, and mini polls
Pros
- Other members will leave reviews/comments on surveys after they take them. It's nice being able to read these before taking a survey as you can get an idea of what the survey is about and whether or not it will be easy to qualify for.
- Bonuses are awarded to the most active users of the day/month. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning bonus points.
- You can spin a daily wheel of fortune for a chance at bonus points.
Cons
- Survey availability can be limited and unpredictable
- Some surveys can be extremely long and they don't always give you a time estimate beforehand
- Point conversion rates are confusing

- The website is a bit clunky and confusing at first. Some pages don't work or just come up blank.
- User level ranking up is only available to U.S. users.
- Many users report poor support experiences due to unresponsiveness.
